# Electrical Engineer – Project Closeout Documentation **Gulf Craft Trading & Services WLL** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer – Project Closeout Documentation with 5–8+ years of experience in electrical construction, testing & commissioning, project handover, and closeout documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, compiling, and maintaining electrical project documentation and final handover dossiers . Experience in MEP/Electrical projects and Qatar/GCC projects is highly preferred, particularly candidates with exposure to KM project documentation requirements . Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and compile electrical project closeout and handover documentation. Coordinate with construction, commissioning, QA/QC, engineering, and project teams to collect required documentation. Prepare and maintain Material Submittals/Material Status (MST) documentation, as applicable. Prepare, review, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) . Compile and review Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals . Coordinate and compile electrical testing and commissioning records . Prepare and maintain FAT/SAT and commissioning documentation , where applicable. Compile inspection reports, test certificates, calibration certificates, warranties, and related project records. Prepare spare parts lists and recommended maintenance schedules . Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, properly indexed, and submitted within project requirements. Prepare final handover dossiers, as-built documentation, and project completion files . Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams during project handover and closeout. Support the project team in resolving documentation gaps and ensuring timely project completion and handover. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5–8+ years of relevant experience in electrical construction, testing & commissioning, and project closeout documentation. Strong experience in electrical/MEP project documentation and handover activities . Previous experience preparing and compiling project closeout and final handover dossiers . Good knowledge of electrical construction and commissioning documentation. Qatar/GCC project experience is preferred. Experience with KM project documentation will be an advantage. Strong organizational, coordination, and document management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
