ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Evaluate & select best possible work methodology for cost effective utilization of available resources. Review & assign targets to the site staff and effectively monitor the work progress on daily basis to ensure timely completion of work assigned Direct & supervise the work activity of excavation, cable pulling, jointing & fitting team through direct supervision / foreman to achieve the set performance benchmark on job site Ensure the assigned work has complied with the specifications, codes & standards according to the shop drawings and all technical designs are in-line with customer requirements Ensure the assigned task meet agreed specifications, budgets / timelines Ensure the proper safety arrangement and arrange the tool box talk at the site Maintain strong liaison with the client(s), consultants, subcontractor(s), project managers, surveyors, site foreman and other stakeholders for quick resolution of onsite and contractual problems Provide technical advice and solve problems on site Timely submit Material request form (i.e. MRF) to stores and ensure all other documentation are completed in time In-case of any accidents / incidents at site, initiate investigation regarding the issue and provide the report Ensure timely submission of Timesheets to HR department after completion of all signatures/approvals for all the reporting site staff. Perform any other related duties assigned by the management. Work Location: In person
