Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical construction/site execution preferred. Key Skills Required: Electrical installation and site execution LT/HT systems, panels, DBs, cables and cable trays Conduit, lighting and earthing works Reading electrical drawings and SLDs BOQ preparation and material estimation Testing and commissioning Contractor and site team coordination AutoCAD and MS Excel Electrical safety and quality control Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor electrical work at site Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other teams Check material requirements and consumption Monitor project progress and quality Prepare daily/weekly progress reports Resolve site technical issues and coordinate inspections/testing Other Requirements: Good communication and leadership skills Willingness to work at project sites Ability to manage contractors and workers Valid driving licence preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
