Technical Support – Provide electrical engineering support to Project Managers, Site Engineers, and construction and technical teams throughout all phases of the project. Documentation – Prepare and submit electrical documents, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical reports. Coordination – Collaborate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding electrical systems and project requirements. Site Inspections – Conduct site inspections to monitor electrical installation progress and ensure compliance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Issue Resolution – Identify, investigate, and resolve electrical issues encountered during construction activities. Project Planning – Assist in project scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation for electrical works. Material Selection – Verify quantities, review bill of materials, and assist in selecting electrical equipment and materials. Compliance – Ensure all electrical works comply with applicable codes (e.g., Philippine Electrical Code), industry standards, and company policies. Quality Assurance – Support QA/QC activities by ensuring proper implementation of electrical specifications. Process Improvement – Recommend engineering solutions and process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred or required, depending on project requirements. Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, electrical design, or project management . Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) , and electrical design software. Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
