This role ensures that all electrical-related activities are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and applicable codes. The coordinator will also act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Assist the Project Manager in planning, managing, and coordinating electrical project activities Ensure all electrical designs and installations comply with project requirements, codes, and regulations Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of electrical works Coordinate procurement, delivery, and inventory of electrical materials and equipment Support site activities and ensure alignment with project timelines Prepare BOQ's Documentation, Monitoring, and Reporting Maintain and organize project documents (drawings, specifications, contracts, permits) Prepare and submit regular progress and status reports Monitor and document scope changes, variation orders, and ensure proper approvals Track RFIs (Requests for Information), RFAs (Requests for Approval), and other project communications Coordination & Communication Serve as the main point of contact among engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure proper integration of electrical systems Identify, escalate, and help resolve project issues and delays Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings (MOM) when required Quality & Compliance Assist in planning and implementation of QA/QC procedures Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards Facilitate Testing & Commissioning (TCx) activities Ensure proper documentation of: RFAs, RFIs Non-Conformance Reports (NCR/NCN) Site Instructions / Architect’s Instructions (AI) Project Closeout Assist in punch listing, final inspections, and project handover Ensure completeness of as-built drawings and closeout documents Support project acceptance and turnover to the client Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Licensed Electrical Engineer (preferred but not required) At least 8 years of relevant experience in construction or project coordination With MEPF Experience is an advantage Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (experience in project management tools is a plus) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
