Prepare and update shop drawings and ensure compliance with IFC/approved drawings. Ensure full compliance with TAQA/ADDC regulations and prepare authority submissions. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors for technical and site issues. Supervise site installation of conduits, wiring, DBs, earthing, lighting, and LV equipment. Conduct testing and commissioning: IR tests, continuity, RCD checks, and functional verification. Prepare material submittals and verify supplier compliance with project specifications. Monitor site progress, quality, and safety; close NCRs and maintain QA/QC documentation. Manage inspection requests, authority visits, and rectification of comments. Prepare as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, and handover documentation. Coordinate ELV, fire alarm, emergency lighting, and specialized subcontractor works. Maintain logs for materials, inspections, approvals, and daily/weekly progress.
