The ideal candidate will ensure that electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved designs, technical standards, and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Design, review, and oversee electrical systems and installations. Supervise electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities. Prepare and review electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents. Inspect electrical works to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards. Identify and resolve electrical issues and technical problems. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other engineering teams. Monitor project progress, quality, and completion of electrical works. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements and applicable regulations. Review material requirements, technical specifications, and equipment selections. Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, and maintenance records. Monitor electrical equipment and systems to ensure reliable operation. Assist with budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement of electrical materials when required. Maintain proper documentation of electrical works, maintenance activities, and inspections. Ensure all electrical activities are carried out safely and according to company procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and maintenance teams. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, construction, facilities, or maintenance. Kahramaa License/Approved Electrical Engineer with a Valid Driving License and experience in Kahramaa coordination Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, testing, and maintenance. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications. Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and engineering practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/design software. Strong hands-on experience in LV panel maintenance, cable rectification and troubleshooting. Able to respond to and resolve urgent/emergency electrical complaints efficiently. 5 member team management skill Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage. Relevant professional certification or engineering registration is an advantage.
