The ideal candidate must have 8+ years of proven experience in the Dubai construction industry, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage electrical works from planning through execution and handover. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage electrical works at construction sites in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. * Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents. * Coordinate electrical works with civil, architectural, mechanical, and MEP teams. * Monitor site activities, manpower, materials, and work progress. * Ensure electrical installations comply with project specifications, approved standards, and applicable Dubai/UAE requirements. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management teams. * Conduct inspections and ensure quality of electrical installations. * Identify and resolve technical and site-related electrical issues. * Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and technical reports. * Monitor project schedules and ensure electrical works are completed within agreed timelines. * Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements. * Maintain proper project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * 8+ years of relevant experience in the Dubai/UAE construction industry – mandatory. * Strong experience in building construction and site execution. * Good knowledge of electrical systems, installations, testing, and commissioning. * Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications. * Strong coordination and communication skills. * Ability to manage site activities independently and meet project deadlines. * Candidates currently available in Dubai/UAE are preferred. * Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are highly preferred.
