Provide technical guidance and support to other departments as needed. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. Review & Approve Detail Design Deliverables based on Employers Requirements (ER, ODS, Basic Design). Co-ordinate with OEM / Equipment / System suppliers for Detail Design Input. Review & approve all of Construction Design deliverables (CTD, DRD, SEM & CSD). Performs other duties from time to time as assigned/delegated by the superiors. QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: Master's degree in electrical engineering or business administration: Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in 3D design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Pro/Engineer. Ability to think critically and solve complex problems. Demonstrated ability to manage and meet project timelines and budgets. TASK LIST DESIGN COORDINATION: Coordination with General Consultant (GC) for overall M&E Design. Attend all meetings related MEP Design with Design Consultants (NK) and GC. Review & Approve Detail Design Deliverables based on Employers Requirements (ER, ODS, Basic Design). Generate RFI related to Design issues for Technical Co-ordination. CODE check for Detail Design from Design Consultants (NK). Co-ordinate with OEM / Equipment / System suppliers for Detail Design Input. Co-ordination with Civil & Structural Design Drawings. ENGINEERING Technical support for Procurement of Main Equipment. Work out Value Engineering and Cost down ideas. Review and check Technical Submission as per Employers Requirement. CONSTRUCTION DESIGN: Review & Approve "Material approval sheet" which initiated by Construction Site Team of each site . Review & approve all of Construction Design deliverables (CTD, DRD, SEM & CSD). Manage all the M&E As Built Drawing to BIM model. INTERFACE Attend and organize Interface meeting with CP-106 and other trades. Design coordination with CP-106 and another package.
