Job Overview

We are urgently seeking 2 experienced Electrical BIM Modellers for permanent, full-time, on-site positions in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidates must have strong hands-on experience in electrical BIM modelling, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction documentation, with practical proficiency in BIM software.

We are specifically looking for mid-level professionals who have actively worked on electrical BIM models and coordinated with engineering and site execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, modify, and maintain detailed 3D electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

Prepare electrical layouts, shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built documentation.

Model electrical systems, including LV distribution, lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, and containment systems.

Perform clash detection, model reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks.

Identify and resolve coordination issues with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

Manage BIM coordination comments and issue tracking through Revizto.

Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for model sharing, document management, and project collaboration.

Manage drawing submissions and documentation workflows through Aconex.

Prepare and update electrical drawings using AutoCAD.

Coordinate with site engineers, BIM coordinators, consultants, and project teams to ensure models reflect actual site conditions.

Support the preparation of coordinated construction drawings and project deliverables.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Candidates must demonstrate practical, hands-on experience with:

Navisworks – Clash detection, model coordination, and review.

Revizto – BIM coordination, issue tracking, and resolution.

Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) – Model collaboration and document management.

Autodesk Revit – Electrical BIM modelling and documentation.

Aconex – Project documentation and drawing coordination.

AutoCAD (CAD) – Electrical drafting and shop drawings.

Candidate Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

Mid-level experience in Electrical BIM modelling.

Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems and MEP coordination.

Previous experience supporting construction projects and site execution teams.

Ability to independently develop and coordinate electrical BIM models.

Familiarity with BIM standards, clash detection, and construction documentation.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Must be available to join immediately.

Must be comfortable working on-site in a permanent, full-time role.

Understand construction site requirements and electrical installation practices.

Have hands-on experience working with site execution teams.
