Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients (B2B depending on product) Research target industries and companies Use tools like CRM systems and outreach platforms to build pipelines 2. Client Outreach & Relationship Building Contact prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings Build and maintain long-term client relationships Understand customer pain points and business needs 3. Product Presentation & Demo Explain software features and benefits clearly Conduct product demos (online or in-person) Tailor presentations to client needs 4. Sales Conversion Negotiate pricing and contract terms Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets Handle objections and follow up effectively 5. Account Management Maintain relationships with existing clients Upsell or cross-sell additional features/services Ensure customer satisfaction and retention 6. Market & Competitor Analysis Monitor industry trends in areas like Software as a Service Analyze competitor offerings and pricing Provide feedback to product and marketing teams 7. CRM & Reporting Update sales activities in CRM tools in ESAT ERP Track leads, conversions, and revenue Prepare sales reports and forecasts Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field 1–5+ years in sales (preferably in software/IT/SaaS) Experience with B2B sales cycles is often preferred Strong verbal and written communication (Arabic speaker is an advantage) Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms Basic knowledge of software solutions, cloud computing, or APIs Familiarity with concepts like: Cloud Computing and Customer Relationship Management Negotiation and persuasion Lead handling and closing techniques Objection handling Ability to interpret sales data and customer behavior Forecasting and pipeline management CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Video conferencing tools With a valid UAE Driving License Work Location: In person Work Location: In person
