Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally through WhatsApp. Respond to messages and answer parents’ inquiries regarding trial classes, programs, and school fees. Confirm trial class schedules and ensure attendance (show-up). Arrange and organize trial class bookings according to parents’ preferences. Conduct follow-ups to increase conversion from trial classes to enrollment. Build and maintain good relationships with parents. Be target-oriented with daily/weekly/monthly goals (booking, show-up, enrollment). Prepare regular reports on follow-up activities and sales results. Qualifications: Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major. Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales. Experienced in using WhatsApp Business for customer communication. Able to communicate actively in English via chat/WhatsApp. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Spreadsheet. Possess good, persuasive, and friendly communication skills. Target-driven and familiar with working under KPI metrics.
