# EDMS TECHNICAL CONSULTANT **Mindstream** · Doha · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 13 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role HIRING – EDMS TECHNICAL CONSULTANT Location: Qatar Contract: 1 Year, Extendable Experience: 5+ Years Education: Bachelor’s Degree W*e are looking for an experienced EDMS Technical Consultant* to provide onsite technical and functional support for an Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS/ECM) . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide onsite technical & functional support for EDMS / Records Management systems Configure document types, metadata, taxonomy, workflows, forms, notifications, security & retention rules Troubleshoot application, workflow, configuration, integration and user-related issues Coordinate with product/vendor teams for L2/L3 support Support onboarding of new departments and business units Support document migration from SharePoint and file-share repositories into the EDMS Participate in UAT, regression testing and system improvements REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of hands-on EDMS/ECM platform administration & configuration Strong experience in workflow, approval routing, notifications & escalations Knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, document retention & disposition Experience with role-based security and access control Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID integration Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Records Management or related field Bilingual: English & Arabic Application Question(s): How many years of EDMS/ECM experience do you have? Do you have hands-on experience in EDMS platform administration and configuration? (Yes/No) Do you have experience configuring workflows, approval routing, notifications and escalations? (Yes/No) Do you have experience with metadata, taxonomy, document retention and disposition rules? Do you have experience with role-based security, access control and permissions? Do you have experience supporting Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID integration? Do you have experience with SharePoint/file-share document migration into an EDMS?
