Job Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate daily ecommerce operations. Oversee order processing from order placement to fulfillment and delivery. Monitor ecommerce orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer concerns. Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, logistics, and customer service teams. Ensure accurate product information, pricing, stock levels, and promotions. Monitor marketplace performance and operational KPIs. Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and requirements. Prepare operational reports and monitor team performance. Assist in implementing procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Ecommerce, Operations, or a related course. At least 2–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online retail . Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory, and marketplace processes. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage. Willing to work on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila .
