Job Responsibilities Develop and implement ecommerce marketing strategies and annual plans. Lead online campaigns, promotions, and major ecommerce events. Manage digital marketing initiatives across ecommerce channels. Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion. Work closely with the Ecommerce and Marketing teams on campaign planning and execution. Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and revenue. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Coordinate with creative teams for banners, videos, product assets, and promotional materials. Manage marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign execution. Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations. Identify new opportunities to increase online sales and brand visibility. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field. At least 4–5 years of experience in ecommerce/digital marketing , preferably with management experience. Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketing and digital advertising. Experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Experience managing campaigns, budgets, KPIs, and marketing performance. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Consumer electronics, technology, or retail experience is an advantage. Willing to work on-site in San Juan City, Metro Manila .
