We support retailers and the professional channel and are the preferred national distributor for many leading brands. Brands we represent in the Irish market include TP-Link, Aarke, LG, Intenso, Omada, Dahua and Uniview, alongside our in-house brands, including IC Realtime and 4IFE. About the role The main priorities are webshop and product content, and digital marketing outputs across IC Plus’s website, email and social channels. You will take ownership of day-to-day delivery, supported by our external website provider, outsourced graphic designers and supplier brand assets. A hands-on role for a commercially minded marketing professional to take ownership of our marketing strategy, bring creative ideas to life and support business growth, with scope to shape the role around their strengths. What you will do - Maintain and improve webshop content, product presentation, online merchandising, SEO and answer engine optimisation (AEO). - Coordinate product content and assets for customers’ web stores, including drop-shipping arrangements. - Plan and publish newsletters, social posts and website campaigns, using HubSpot for campaign delivery, segmentation, automation and reporting. - Develop branding and marketing materials for IC Realtime and 4IFE, including PDF brochures, product literature and rich website content. - Use AI tools effectively, applying independent judgement and checking accuracy and quality. - Coordinate brand partner activity, agree marketing spend and maximise available funding for campaigns, promotions and events. - Manage customer requests for marketing assets and assistance. - Coordinate event delivery, design briefs, print jobs, branded merchandise and bespoke in-store point-of-sale projects. - Monitor performance and implement improvements. What you will bring - A background in hands-on e-commerce content or digital marketing. - Strong writing, proofreading and organisational skills. - Practical knowledge of website content management, SEO, email campaigns and social media publishing. - The ability to understand technical products and communicate their benefits clearly. - Confidence working independently and coordinating colleagues, customers and external partners. - HubSpot knowledge would be an advantage. Original photography and video creation would be a benefit, particularly for showcasing our brands’ products and solutions, demonstrations, events and the IC Plus business. Web development and original graphic design skills are not required; specialist support is available for coding and artwork.
