The role will be responsible for the daily operation of the online store, product catalogue, promotions, customer journey, performance reporting, and coordination with marketing, inventory, logistics, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the Saudi e-commerce website. Maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, stock availability, and product categorization. Plan and execute online promotions, product launches, bundles, and seasonal campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing team on paid media, content, CRM, and campaign landing pages. Monitor the complete customer journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and average order value. Track e-commerce performance, including traffic, conversion rate, sales, average order value, cart abandonment, CAC, and ROAS. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions. Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and accurate stock visibility. Follow up with fulfillment and delivery partners to maintain reliable service across Saudi Arabia. Work with customer service teams to resolve order, payment, delivery, return, and refund issues. Ensure that online pricing, promotions, delivery terms, and policies comply with Saudi market requirements. Monitor competitors, marketplaces, pricing, promotions, payment methods, and customer expectations in Saudi Arabia. Support integration and performance management across relevant platforms, marketplaces, payment gateways, and delivery providers. Recommend improvements to website navigation, search, checkout, product pages, and mobile experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience. Proven experience managing or supporting an e-commerce business in the Saudi market. Strong understanding of Saudi online shopping behavior, promotional periods, payment preferences, delivery expectations, and local marketplaces. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar systems. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards. Good understanding of online merchandising, conversion optimization, SEO fundamentals, and performance marketing. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and coordination skills. Fluency in Arabic and strong professional English. Preferred Experience Experience in luxury retail, home décor, lighting, jewelry, gifts, or lifestyle products. Experience launching or scaling an e-commerce operation in Saudi Arabia. Familiarity with Saudi payment solutions, including Mada, Apple Pay, and buy-now-pay-later services. Experience working with Saudi fulfillment, last-mile delivery, and returns processes. Knowledge of major Saudi commercial occasions, including Ramadan, Eid, Saudi National Day, White Friday, and the wedding and gifting seasons.
