E-Commerce Operations Manager
About Us We are a multi-brand e-commerce group based in Dubai operating across baby care and pet care categories, selling through Amazon (UAE & KSA), Noon, and our own Shopify-based direct-to-consumer stores. We manage product sourcing, marketplace operations, and fulfilment end-to-end across our portfolio of brands. Role Overview We're looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day marketplace operations, with primary focus on Amazon and Noon , and secondary oversight of our Shopify stores. This is an execution-focused, onsite role for someone who genuinely knows how Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Hub work — not theoretically, but practically with hands on experience. Key Responsibilities Amazon & Noon Operations (Primary) Manage end-to-end marketplace operations: listing creation/optimization, catalog management, pricing, and promotions across Amazon UAE, Amazon KSA, and Noon Monitor and maintain account health — proactively flag and resolve policy violations, listing suppressions, or ASIN deactivations before they escalate Handle reinstatement cases and appeals (product safety, authenticity, listing policy issues) directly with Amazon/Noon Seller Support Oversee FBA/fulfilment operations: inventory planning, stock levels, shipment creation, and coordination with our warehouse team Manage advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands) and monitor ACOS/ROAS performance Track key metrics (sales, conversion, return rates, account health scores) and report regularly with actionable recommendations Stay current on Amazon and Noon policy changes and ensure our listings/operations remain compliant Ensure listings and inventory management Shopify Stores: Handle operations listing and end to end oversight of our Shopify websites. Requirements 3-5 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience, with demonstrable, specific experience on Amazon Seller Central (not just general e-commerce) Working knowledge of Noon Seller Hub Experience handling Amazon account health issues, listing suppressions, or reinstatement appeals is a strong plus Comfortable with FBA logistics, inventory forecasting, and basic PPC campaign management Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with data and reporting Excellent written English (Amazon/Noon case correspondence requires clear, professional writing) Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai; able to work onsite at our office in Jebel Ali Nice to have are a UAE driving license (car will be company provided for work), experience in baby products, pet products, or FMCG categories, Arabic language skills, knowledge of Zoho inventory Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have hands on experience with Amazon?
