To be successful in this role, the candidate must lead the team to achieve the overall product development & merchandising sales achievement, and business development goals of the department by establishing strategic direction and optimum execution of various merchandising, sales, and marketing strategies to advance the brands’ retail presence. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the coordination of all Ecommerce functions in order to achieve optimum daily productivity Maintain professional communication and work closely with all Teammates to safely, accurately and expediently fulfill all aspects of the Ecommerce processes. Ensures orders processed in the given time. Ensure fulfillment KPI set by Platform Monitor and ensure proper receiving of items and accurate posting in WMS Close coordination with other department. Ie; SAP system processing, sale event activity and other support needed Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods. Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse and stock. Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse and organize special requirements for certain stock. Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain. Plan strategic role and deal with planning, administration and general management issues, which will include the day-to-day supervision of staff, and overseeing work organized by team leader. Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met Overseeing stock control and processing orders thru WMS system Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements Richprime Global Inc. takes pride in bringing high-quality children's toys and apparel to the market such as Barbie, Hot wheels, Paw Patrol, etc. We are a company that's about its PEOPLE, BRANDS, and INNOVATION.
