Product Listing & Merchandising - Upload and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, keywords, SEO). - Ensure product pages follow brand guidelines and drive conversions. Sales & Performance - Monitoring Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates. - Generate weekly/monthly reports and recommend improvements to increase revenue. Campaign & Promotion Execution - Implement online campaigns, flash sales, and platform promotions. - Coordinate with marketing and creatives to ensure timely rollouts. Customer Experience & Cross-Team Coordination - Work closely with the Customer Service Representative to address customer concerns, monitor feedback, and ensure a smooth and positive online shopping experience. - Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field - At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing - Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop - Experience in product listing, including writing descriptions, uploading images, and applying basic SEO practices - Familiarity with sales tracking, reporting, and performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates) - Strong attention to detail, especially in pricing, inventory, and product information accuracy - Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines - Basic understanding of online campaigns, promotions, and marketplace tools - Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional coordination - Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus - Amenable to work in E.
