# E-commerce Manager **Parsell Company** · Caloocan · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 8 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role E-COMMERCE MANAGER Job Description: We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels, ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations, and developing strategies to increase sales, customer engagement, and overall online performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the company’s e-commerce platforms and online stores. - Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue. - Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and product availability. - Ensure accurate and updated product information, photos, descriptions, and pricing. - Manage and optimize online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms. - Monitor daily sales, orders, cancellations, returns, and customer concerns. - Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and other e-commerce metrics. - Coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, Fulfillment, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth order processing. - Plan and manage online campaigns, promotions, vouchers, discounts, and platform activities. - Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. - Ensure timely participation in major platform campaigns and promotional events. - Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management. - Supervise and provide guidance to the e-commerce team. - Ensure that company policies, marketplace guidelines, and procedures are properly followed. - Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field. - At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management. - Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms. - Strong knowledge of online selling, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication, organizational, and leadership skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other relevant tools. - Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
