# E-commerce Manager **Lifestrong Marketing Inc.** · Caloocan · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Objective: The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business, ensuring that e-commerce platforms are optimized for sales, and that revenue and profit targets are met. Duties & Responsibilities: Budget Management Ensure that the department expense will not exceed the approved budget through overseeing and tracking of expenses. Sales Target Achieve the Sales Target through implementation of different campaign strategies that will boost the E-Commerce sales. Conduct Marketing Analysis and research to strategically implement and understand the consumer behavior, relevant insights, trends, and competitor analysis. Assessment of E-Commerce Sales baseline through analysis and monitoring of sales performance of existing products, new product, top SKU and sales campaign. Monitor and analyze online sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement. Inventory Management Conduct Warehouse Visitation to understand the supply chain procedure, ensure the good housekeeping, FEFO compliance, picking, packing and delivery. Forecasting of stocks needed for the E-Commerce platforms. Account Management Monitoring of Price Change based on the schedule and approved Promo work plan. Monitoring of Store banners, promo discount, enrollment of campaign and vouchers based on the campaign schedule. Create an E-Commerce Calendar of promo, campaign posting schedule and updates while ensuring the 100% succession rate. Monitor the sales weekly remittances and ensure the completeness of payment through coordination with Accounting (Accounts Receivable). Measure the effectiveness of strategies/approach in live selling performances. Monitor the campaign cost and sales conversion rate. Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to maximize revenue and ensure the company’s online presence aligns with brand goals. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and promotions. Establish Post Campaign evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the implementation and improve the purchase funnel and saturation. Create monthly Promo Work Plan/Product Promo Forms for Online Campaigns in coordination with Marketing. Implement and manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive traffic and optimize user experience for higher conversion rates. Team Management Supervises, Delegate, Lead the work task and activities of the team that will help them to be aligned with the common objective. Evaluate the team performance through tracking of progress, updates, ratings and set expectations. Communicate with the department any process implementation, updates, sales strategies, ecommerce calendar, performance result and cross department guidelines. Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including demand, accounting, warehouse, customer service, artists, marketing, and sales, to ensure the streamline flow of procedure. Work with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches that drive e-commerce sales. Projects Responsible for Establishing E-Commerce Process, Guidelines, Job Descriptions, KPIs, Organizational Chart and updates. Perform other duties assigned by the management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role in online retail. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.), payment gateways, and inventory management systems. Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and digital marketing platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and online advertising strategies.
