We operate three online brands from our Mansfield site, all of which are firmly established and ready to scale. UKPackaging.com, UKPrinting.com and BoutiqueGifts.com. Reporting directly to the company owners, you will be given the marketing budget that this task requires and the inhouse and external talent you need to implement your strategy. What you will be taking on: - You will have a detailed strategy to increase online sales across all channels - You will be hands on daily with our £1m Google Ads budget. - You will head your team and take full responsibility for the Groups online P&L. - You will be the main contact for our external Magento agencies and any other external resource you may need. - If its online, then the buck stops with you. But so do the rewards when you deliver! Your Minerals: - Highly analytical with proven commercial track record of scaling up online brands - Understanding of implementing multi-channel marketing, including email and social. - All three sites are built in Magento so working knowledge is required - Adwords & SEO mastery is taken for granted.
