Key Responsibilities - Host engaging live streams to showcase products, promote sales, or deliver educational content. - Build real-time connections by interacting with the audience , answering questions, and encouraging participation. - Develop creative and captivating content that aligns with audience preferences. - Collaborate with the team to plan live sessions and events in advance. - Monitor live chat interactions to maintain a positive and welcoming environment . Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Prior experience with TikTok e-commerce live streaming or retail sales experience is highly valued. - Strong public speaking skills to connect with and captivate diverse audiences. - Familiarity with live-streaming tools and technology (experience preferred but not mandatory). - Creativity to design innovative and engaging content ideas. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster interaction with viewers. - Background in e-commerce or sales to bring authenticity and expertise to your live streams.
