# E commerce Head **Tan Group of Companies Inc** · Quezon City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 13 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role - Manage Online Sales Platforms - Oversee the company’s stores on online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms. - Product Listing and Content Management - Ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images for motorcycle or car parts and accessories. - Inventory and Stock Monitoring - Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels , prevent out-of-stock items, and update inventory on online platforms. - Order Management and Fulfillment - Supervise the order processing workflow , including printing waybills, packing, dispatching orders, and coordinating with logistics partners. - Sales Performance Monitoring - Track daily, weekly, and monthly online sales performance and prepare reports for management. - Digital Marketing and Promotions - Plan and implement online promotions, flash sales, discounts, and advertising campaigns to increase product visibility and sales. - Customer Service Oversight - Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and reviews across e-commerce platforms. - Supplier and Product Sourcing - Coordinate with suppliers to source new parts, accessories, and trending products in the automotive or motorcycle market. - Platform Compliance and Optimization - Ensure store compliance with the policies of e-commerce platforms and optimize product listings using keywords, promotions, and platform tools . - Team Management - Supervise and guide the e-commerce team , including product listers, customer service representatives, and order processors. - Market and Competitor Analysis - Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and product trends to stay competitive in the parts industry.
