Corp.** · Biñan City · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the entire warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, stock security, receipt, transfer, and delivery of goods. This role involves managing daily warehouse operations, including people, processes, and systems, ensuring productivity targets are met. The supervisor will also generate weekly and monthly action plans, updates, and reports related to warehouse activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor the movement of goods throughout the supply chain to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize shortages. Ensure the effective and timely execution of daily warehouse operations, including incoming deliveries and inventory management. Develop and generate weekly, monthly, and yearly stock level and inventory reports. Support inventory management by reconciling and maintaining finished goods inventory, managing bad orders, returns, reworked items, and both incoming and outgoing goods. Establish and maintain strong relationships with warehouse team and other departments. Coordinate warehouse concern related to Finance & Administrative Manager. Analyze purchase orders to ensure stock availability aligns with demand and optimize shipping costs. Supervise warehouse personnel by providing training, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Track daily inventory through the WMS and QB system, ensuring the accuracy of warehouse reports and monitoring product movements, deliveries, and incoming shipments. Lead the team in developing, maintaining, and managing warehouse documentation. Safeguard warehouse materials and ensure that goods remain in good condition during movement and storage. Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Manager and Department heads. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field. 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to listen and follow instructions. Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with warehousing systems, preferably QuickBooks, WMS, or similar inventory management systems is preferred. Analytical and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, Google sheet. Can work effectively with the team.
