We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Fulfillment & Shipping Operations Manager to take ownership of our entire post-sale operation. This is not simply a shipping supervisor position. We are looking for someone who has experience building, organizing, optimizing, and automating high-volume e-commerce fulfillment operations. Our LIVE auction model creates a unique operational challenge: a very large number of individual products can be sold within a short period of time, and those items must be accurately sorted, matched to customer orders, packed, labeled, and shipped quickly. Key Responsibilities * Design and manage the complete workflow from order received → item sorting → order matching → packing → labeling → carrier pickup * Organize teams responsible for sorting products, preparing orders, packing, quality control, and shipping * Develop systems to handle thousands of orders efficiently and accurately * Improve warehouse layout, product flow, packing stations, and shipping processes * Identify bottlenecks, errors, and unnecessary manual work and implement solutions * Implement automation, barcode scanning, order management, WMS, and shipping technology * Evaluate and integrate software or systems that can connect e-commerce orders with warehouse and shipping operations * Manage high-volume TikTok Shop / TikTok LIVE fulfillment and understand the operational challenges associated with live-commerce sales * Improve order accuracy and reduce missing items, incorrect shipments, duplicate shipments, and shipping delays * Establish SOPs, KPIs, productivity targets, and quality-control procedures for the fulfillment department * Train and manage fulfillment and shipping employees * Coordinate daily carrier pickups and shipping volume * Troubleshoot fulfillment, inventory, order synchronization, and shipping issues * Build an operation capable of scaling significantly as order volume grows Ideal Candidate We are specifically looking for someone with proven high-volume e-commerce fulfillment experience. Experience with some of the following is highly preferred: * TikTok Shop / TikTok Seller Center * High-volume e-commerce fulfillment * Live-commerce or flash-sale operations * Shopify * WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) * OMS (Order Management Systems) * Barcode and scanning systems * Automated order sorting and fulfillment * Shipping software and carrier integrations * USPS / UPS shipping operations * Warehouse workflow optimization * Inventory management * Fulfillment team management Experience working with a 3PL, major e-commerce seller, high-volume fulfillment center, or rapidly scaling DTC company is highly valuable. What We Are Looking For We need a hands-on operations leader and problem solver. The right person should be able to walk into our warehouse, understand our current process, identify what needs to change, and implement a faster, more automated, scalable fulfillment system. You should be comfortable managing both people and technology. Our goal is to build a shipping operation capable of processing several thousand orders per day while maintaining speed, accuracy, and control. Experience Required: * 3+ years of e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, or shipping operations experience * Experience managing high-volume order fulfillment * Experience managing warehouse/fulfillment employees * Strong knowledge of shipping and order-processing workflows Preferred: * TikTok Shop experience * Experience implementing WMS/OMS or fulfillment automation * Experience scaling an e-commerce fulfillment operation * Experience processing 1,000+ orders per day Work Location On-site – Miami, Florida This is an operational leadership position and requires hands-on involvement in the warehouse.
