E-Commerce Platform Operations - Upload new products, update inventory, and optimize product titles, images, and descriptions (platform SEO standards). - Register and configure marketing campaigns on e-commerce platforms (Mega Campaigns, Double-Digit Day sales, Flash Sales, Voucher Extra, and Shop Promotions). - Monitor and track order fulfillment status; coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA / On-time Delivery Rate); handle complaints, returns, and cancellations. - Monitor and manage the Affiliate network (KOC/KOL) on TikTok Shop to drive affiliate marketing sales. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager and the Board of Directors. 2. Sales Website Management & Multi-channel Customer Care - Update product information, articles, and promotional programs on the company’s website. - Manage live chat, consult customers, and process incoming orders from the Website and Zalo Official Account (Zalo OA). - Build automated chatbot scripts (integrating AI/Automation tools) on Zalo OA for existing customer care and schedule periodic Broadcast messages to optimize customer retention rate.
