# E-Commerce Channel Manager **Innovative Agro Industry PH Corporation** · Makati · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Channel Head to build and lead our direct-to-consumer and online sales channel from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the e-commerce strategy, setting up the required platforms and processes, driving customer acquisition and sales growth, and building a scalable online business for our fresh vegetables and fruits. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has experience launching and growing e-commerce operations, ideally in FMCG, fresh food, grocery, retail, or a similar consumer category. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy from launch to scale - Build the online sales channel from scratch, including platform selection, website setup, payment systems, delivery integration, and customer experience - Own the commercial performance of the channel, including revenue, margin, order volume, average basket size, repeat purchase rate, and customer acquisition - Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Farm teams to ensure reliable stock availability and fulfillment - Design the end-to-end customer journey from order placement through payment, fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales support - Establish last mile delivery solutions and service level standards - Manage inventory visibility and online stock availability - Build customer acquisition and retention programs across digital channels - Work with Marketing on performance marketing, CRM, social media, content, and campaign execution - Identify and develop opportunities with marketplaces and third party online platforms - Develop SOPs for order processing, fulfillment, customer service, refunds, cancellations, and delivery issues - Build and manage the e-commerce team as the channel grows - Monitor competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and pricing Key Requirements - 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, online retail, or OMNI channel sales - Proven experience building or significantly scaling an e-commerce business or sales channel - Strong commercial background with clear ownership of revenue and profitability - Experience in FMCG, grocery, fresh food, retail, consumer products, or similar industries is highly preferred - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar - Experience with online payment systems, delivery integrations, marketplaces, and CRM tools - Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and e-commerce analytics - Experience managing P&L, pricing, promotions, margins, and channel economics - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Ability to work cross functionally with operations, logistics, finance, and marketing teams - Strong project management and execution capability - Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Background - Experience with grocery delivery, fresh produce, food delivery, retail, FMCG, or D2C brands - Experience launching an e-commerce operation in the Philippines - Existing knowledge of Metro Manila delivery and logistics providers - Experience working with Shopify, marketplaces, payment gateways, and third-party logistics providers Company Name: Metro Pacific Fresh Farms Website: https://www.metropacificfreshfarms.com/ Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month Benefits: - Company Christmas gift - Company events - Health insurance - Promotion to permanent employee Ability to commute/relocate: - Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: - Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: - E-commerce: 5 years (Required) Language: - English (Required) Work Location: In person
