Job Description: Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning Content & Social Media Management Performance Marketing & Analytics Team Leadership & Development Cross-Functional Coordination & Brand Compliance Reporting & Budget Management Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field . Experience At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing . At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity . Experience in retail, beauty, e-commerce, or consumer-focused industries is preferred. Technical Skills Proficient in Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager . Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics . Proficient in TikTok Ads Manager . Familiarity with design and collaboration tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite . Working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets . Experience using digital marketing analytics and reporting tools is an advantage. Core Competencies Strong strategic and analytical thinking . Creative and results-oriented approach to marketing. Strong leadership and people management skills. Effective budget management and resource allocation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
