# E-Commerce Analyst **E-City General Trading LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About the role You will own the commercial performance of our marketplace channels. Twelve months in, you should be setting the pricing and promotional rhythm across platforms, running the reporting the commercial team makes decisions from, holding our platform account managers to account, and directing the catalogue work rather than doing all of it yourself. What you’ll do Pricing strategy: Own competitive pricing across all channels — monitor the market daily, protect margin, manage buy-box position, and make and justify price recommendations rather than just executing them. Marketplace performance: Own sales, margin and growth targets per channel. Plan the promotional calendar around key events (Ramadan, White Friday, Back to School, product launches) and coordinate marketplace advertising with the marketing team. Catalogue oversight: Set listing standards, prioritise what gets listed and optimised, and quality-check the work of the E-Commerce Executive supporting you. Account health and platform relationships: Own seller metrics, SLAs, compliance and escalations, and manage the day-to-day relationship with our Amazon and Noon account managers. Analysis and reporting: Build and own the channel MIS — sales, margin, stock cover, returns, ad spend and ROI — and bring a clear point of view on what to fix, scale or stop. Cross-functional coordination: Work with category, warehouse, finance and marketing to keep assortment, stock, fulfilment and campaigns aligned across channels. What we’re looking for Required 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management, with direct responsibility for a live sales channel Hands-on ownership of a marketplace seller panel — Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab or equivalent — including pricing, promotions and account health Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills — pivot tables, lookups, and building reporting that others rely on Commercially minded: you can read a margin and sell-through picture and say what should change, not just report it Comfortable pushing back — on platform account managers, on internal stakeholders, and on your own earlier assumptions Excellent written and spoken English Preferred UAE marketplace experience Consumer electronics or another large-catalogue, fast-moving category Hands-on marketplace advertising experience (Sponsored Products, ROAS/ACOS management) Experience with Shopify and with an ERP or inventory system Quick-commerce platform experience Experience directing or mentoring a junior team member Application Question(s): Which of the following marketplace platforms have you personally managed? How would you rate your Excel skills, specifically with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and building sales/margin performance reports used for commercial decisions? Work Location: In person
