Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect

Our client is an international IT consulting company with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. As a Microsoft implementation partner, the company delivers CRM projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for well known clients across various industries. It combines deep technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset.

Take ownership of solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations

-

Gather and analyse customer requirements

-

Conduct fit gap analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions

-

Design and document CRM architectures, including integration and data models

-

Provide technical leadership to implementation teams

-

Coordinate external partners and stakeholders

-

Advise customers at eye level, from strategic planning through to implementation

-

Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architectural standards

-

Support pre sales activities and customer presentations

-

Mentor and support junior consultants

Your Profile

-

At least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment

-

Several years of experience in a solution architecture or senior consulting role

-

Strong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Customer Service

-

Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse

-

Experience designing integration architectures with Azure and third party systems

-

Previous consulting or project experience is an advantage

-

Very good German skills, minimum C1 level. Good command of English
