Hospital Address: London Gastro Care Hospital Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care Provide immediate first-line medical care to patients in the Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD), Emergency/Casualty, and Critical Care areas. Assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment plans under the guidance of consultant physicians and gastroenterologists. Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to medical emergencies. Clinical Documentation Maintain accurate and complete patient records, case sheets, prescriptions, clinical notes, admission records, and discharge summaries. Ensure compliance with hospital documentation standards and medical regulations. Clinical Support Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, endoscopies, and emergency interventions. Coordinate investigations, laboratory reports, imaging studies, and referrals. Operational Coordination Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, technicians, and administrative departments to ensure smooth patient care and workflow. Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety guidelines. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
