Passionate about connecting with people over beautiful food and artisan coffee, you will work closely with our site Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support our small, close-knit team ensuring they are motivated, happy and have everything they need to deliver the warm, inclusive and attentive service that brings our spaces to life. HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME: - Shift Leading: Managing the flow of daily service, keeping the space and team organised, ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued and well looked after - Team Motivation: Supporting, coaching and inspiring your team to consistently deliver their best - Connecting With Our Community: Extending warm, attentive hospitality to our guests and creating an approachable, inclusive environment for your team - Operational support: Working alongside the AGM to look after daily cafe logistics from stock ordering to safety and compliance process ABOUT YOU: - Previous supervisory or team leadership experience from a service-led hospitality role - People-first with a natural ability to motivate a small team and connect authentically with customers - A clear, positive and confident communicator who loves to share praise and support others - Calm under pressure and comfortable taking the lead in a busy daytime service - Reliability: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment - A lover of early mornings and all good things bread, pastry, and coffee!
