These key roles are responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards across the business. The ideal candidates will be proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting the Manager with the day-to-day operation and smooth running of the premises. - Providing friendly, helpful, and professional customer service. - Assisting with arranging products and maintaining neat and well-presented displays. - Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering products when required. - Assisting with promotions, advertising, and special offers. - Maintaining the premises in a clean, tidy, and presentable condition. - Assisting with cash handling and following workplace health and safety procedures. - Supporting marketing activities, advertising, and promotional initiatives. - Contributing to company KPIs and achieving sales targets. - Following company policies and procedures and assisting with compliance with relevant alcohol sale requirements. Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and will be paid between $25 to $30 per hour. Other Requirements: - Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) is required. - A Manager’s Certificate is preferred. - Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. - Good communication and leadership skills. - Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
