The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that ducting works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily ductwork installation activities at the project site. Ensure ducting installation is carried out according to approved shop drawings and specifications. Coordinate ductwork activities with HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil works. Review ducting drawings, layouts, sections, and details before and during installation. Monitor the installation of supply, return, fresh air, exhaust, and smoke extraction duct systems. Ensure proper installation of duct supports, hangers, access doors, dampers, insulation, and related accessories. Inspect ductwork installation for proper alignment, dimensions, joints, and workmanship. Coordinate duct leakage testing, inspection, and rectification works. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for ducting activities. Identify site issues and coordinate with engineers and other supervisors to resolve technical problems. Follow up on material delivery and ensure materials are available according to the project schedule. Prepare daily progress updates and report any delays or site constraints. Ensure compliance with project quality standards and HSE requirements. Coordinate with QA/QC and consultant teams during inspections. Supervise testing, commissioning, and final completion of ducting works. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 4–6 years of experience in ducting/HVAC installation and supervision. Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation and construction practices. Ability to read and understand HVAC drawings and shop drawings. Knowledge of duct supports, insulation, dampers, flexible connections, and air distribution systems. Experience working on construction or MEP projects. Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to supervise technicians and subcontractors effectively. Knowledge of site safety and quality requirements. Work Location: In person
