# Duct Supervisor – MEP | Dubai, UAE **Oxypro Electromechanical Contractors** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Oxypro Electromechanical Work LLC is hiring a Ducting Supervisor for our MEP project sites in Dubai Key Responsibilities · Ensure the work complies with approved shop drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, HSE, and quality requirements . · Coordinate with Engineers, Project managers, Subcontractors, Consultants, and Main contractors. · Plan daily work and monitor manpower, attendance, and productivity. · Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. · Supervise the installation of GI, Fire Rated, PI Duct works with all the accessories & fittings Supervise installation of Dampers (VCDs, MSDs, FDs, MSFDs), VAV boxes, grills and Diffusers. Supervise duct insulation and sealing works to ensure proper installation and finish. Supervise the installation and duct connections for FCUs, AHUs and FAHUs . Coordinate air balancing, duct leakage testing, and commissioning activities. · Conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE, tools, and equipment . · Coordinate and assist with testing and commissioning of the complete HVAC systems. · Monitor material requirements and coordinate with procurement/store teams for timely delivery. · Identify site issues, resolve them where possible, and escalate technical matters to the Engineer/Project Manager · Identify and coordinate rectification of snags and defects . · Coordinate inspections with consultants, main contractors, and all the relevant authorities. · Assist with Red line markups, As-built drawings, Training, labeling, and handover . Requirements Minimum 6 years' experience as Ducting / HVAC Supervisor in MEP Knowledge of UAE regulations and Authority requirements Valid UAE driving license preferred Work Location: In person
