Role Overview With a strong Data Centre project pipeline and continued expansion of our product offerings and markets, we are seeking a Duct Package Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to join a market-leading pioneer in their field with unrivalled access to world-class hyperscale projects and genuine prospects of further career advancement as the company expands further. The successful candidate will take full end-to-end operational responsibility for delivering high-capacity ductwork, ventilation, attenuation, and fire/smoke damper packages across major hyperscale data centre facilities in Europe. You will lead package execution from engineering submittals and offsite fabrication to site installation, pressure testing, and final handover. Duties and Responsibilities Lead the delivery of specialist ductwork packages on hyperscale data centre projects across Europe, ensuring successful execution from planning through to completion. Manage all site activities, including installation, testing, commissioning, quality control, and compliance with DW144, SMACNA, fire safety, and project specifications. Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Prepare and manage project schedules, procurement trackers, technical submittals, RFIs, design reviews, material take-offs, and contract variations. Build strong relationships with clients and main contractors while driving Health & Safety standards, RAMS compliance, and continuous project performance improvements. Requirements Strong technical and commercial expertise, with the ability to independently solve complex site-based challenges and deliver packages on time and within budget. Proven experience managing ductwork, ventilation, or air handling packages on large-scale M&E, industrial, mission-critical, or Data Centre projects. Mechanical Engineering or trade background, with 3-5+ years' experience in a Package Manager, Construction Manager, or Senior Project Engineer role. Excellent knowledge of ductwork fabrication, air leakage testing, acoustic insulation, SMACNA/DW144 standards, CAD/BIM/Revit, and project management software. Willingness to travel across Europe, with a full driving licence, valid EU working rights, and a strong commitment to Health & Safety best practices. What's on Offer?
