About the Role

Incel Tourism Dubai is seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and strategic Branch Manager to lead and grow our Dubai office.

The Branch Manager will have overall responsibility for the management, performance, growth, and development of the Dubai branch , providing leadership across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and other branch functions.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an individual with strong business development capabilities, excellent industry knowledge, and the ability to turn strategy into measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the team and ensuring alignment with branch and company objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, profitability, and service diversification .
• Set and monitor revenue targets, sales forecasts, KPIs, and business development initiatives.
• Drive the growth of Incel Tourism's LLC presence and market position within Dubai.
• Identify new revenue streams, products, travel packages, and service opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, vendors, partners, and other key stakeholders .
• Oversee operational efficiency, including visa processing, flight ticketing, travel packages, customer service, and call centre performance.
• Establish performance standards and continuously improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Lead, motivate, mentor, and develop the branch team while promoting accountability and high performance.
• Prepare and manage the branch budget and monitor revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
• Manage relationships with high-value clients and oversee the resolution of escalated customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and company policies .
• Provide regular management reports covering sales, revenue, operational performance, market developments, and key business risks.
• Champion technology, innovation, new travel products, and process improvements.
• Represent Incel Tourism LLC at industry events, trade shows, networking events, and relevant business forums .
• Lead the branch's response to operational challenges, client disputes, market disruptions, and other business-critical situations.
• Identify and pursue high-growth opportunities aligned with the company's long-term vision.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a commercially minded leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution .

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in branch management, general management, business development, or senior leadership , preferably within the travel, tourism, or travel management industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE travel and tourism market .
• A demonstrable track record of driving revenue growth and business development .
• Strong sales, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior management.
• A strong understanding of customer service, operational excellence, and service delivery.
• The ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into profitable business initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of relevant UAE regulatory and business requirements will be an advantage.

Remuneration

The remuneration package will comprise a guaranteed monthly payment combined with a profit-sharing arrangement , providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to participate directly in the financial growth and profitability of the Dubai branch.
