Dual Hotel Operations Manager
Job Summary The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department and Front Desk department within a hospitality establishment, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. The Operations Manager will manage a team of housekeeping staff, implement cleaning protocols, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies. Will also oversee all Front Desk staff and responsibilites Duties Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility. Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures in line with industry standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote effective performance and professional growth. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; order supplies as needed while maintaining budgetary constraints. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding cleanliness in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated on industry trends related to hospitality, hotel management, industrial cleaning, custodial services, floor care, and housekeeping management. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or hotel industry. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment maintenance is preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed in a fast-paced environment.
