We are now looking for fully qualified Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineers to join our expanding national team. About the role You will support our ongoing commitment to the UK Government’s Smart Metering Implementation Programme, delivering high-quality smart meter installations and associated services across your region. We are looking for experienced, professional engineers who take pride in their work, deliver excellent customer service and want to continue developing their career within a growing metering business. What we offer Base salary with achievable OTE of £52,000 and above Industry-leading bonus structure Loyalty bonus of up to £6,000 over four years (£1,000 after 12 months, £1,250 after two years, £1,750 after three years, £2,000 after four years) Contract-specific two-stage Foundation Bonus from £200 to £350 per month Daily meter fit/task bonus, with typical earnings of around £50 per day when on or above target £2,000 London weighting for engineers living inside the M25 No mandatory on-call requirement Optional weekend piece work from £50 to £90 per single meter, depending on contract and availability Accredited on-site training centre providing induction, development and upskill opportunities 31 days’ annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus up to three additional perk days Fully equipped company van, branded PPE, phone and tablet Refer-a-friend scheme with rewards of up to £2,000 Company events and incentives, including hospitality days, social events and team meals Genuine progression opportunities into QA, Field Manager, Lead Field Manager and Operations Manager roles What we’re looking for To be considered for this role, you must have previous gas and electric meter fitting experience. This role is suitable for qualified engineers and is not an entry-level route into the industry .You will also need to meet the required employment checks, including DBS clearance, colour vision assessment, drug testing and a full UK driving licence with no more than six points.
