Job Purpose

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and professional General Manager Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for the General Manager.

Location: Dubai, Al Ain Road, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for the General Manager to business meetings, appointments, office visits, farm visits, and other destinations.
• Follow the daily travel schedule and plan routes in advance to avoid delays.
• Maintain strict punctuality and be available according to the General Manager's schedule.
• Drive carefully and follow all UAE traffic rules and regulations.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean, neat, and presentable condition, both inside and outside.
• Check the vehicle daily, including fuel, engine oil, tyre pressure, water, brakes, and other essential items.
• Arrange regular vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspection, and registration renewals.
• Immediately report any vehicle damage, technical issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain proper records of vehicle expenses.
• Ensure the vehicle is always ready for use and properly parked in the designated area.
• Assist the General Manager with luggage, documents, and other requirements when necessary.
• Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the General Manager's personal and business matters.
• Handle any assigned errands, document collection, and delivery when required.
• Coordinate with the office or relevant departments regarding travel arrangements and vehicle requirements.
• Maintain a professional attitude, appearance and respectful behaviour at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly secured and follow company vehicle policies.
• Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Perform other driving-related duties assigned by management.
