The role will work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed technical, construction, shop, and as-built drawings. Develop drawings based on architectural, structural, MEP, and façade designs. Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, layouts, and installation drawings. Produce façade drawings including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, aluminium, and related details where applicable. Prepare MEP drawings covering mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building services as required. Coordinate drawings between architectural, structural, façade, and MEP disciplines. Review drawings and identify potential clashes, inconsistencies, or technical issues. Incorporate engineer and consultant comments into drawings. Prepare drawings for submission, approval, fabrication, and site execution. Update drawings based on site changes and prepare accurate as-built documentation. Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to ensure drawings reflect actual project requirements. Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control. Ensure all drawings follow project standards, specifications, and applicable codes. Assist engineers and project teams with technical documentation and drawing requirements. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Draughtsman within construction, MEP, façade, aluminium, glazing, or related industries. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD. Experience with Revit, BIM, or other relevant design software is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and technical drawings. Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing. Experience preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good understanding of drawing revisions and technical documentation. Ability to work with engineers, consultants, contractors, and site teams. Ability to manage multiple drawings and deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
