# Draughtsman **FAST FIXER CONTRACTING LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 3 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Draughtsman – Construction & Maintenance Fast Fixer Contracting LLC – Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: 2+ years in construction/contracting preferred Joining: Immediate joining preferred Job Purpose Fast Fixer Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman to prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and plans for construction and maintenance projects. The Draughtsman will work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure that designs are accurately translated into detailed drawings and that drawings comply with project requirements and applicable UAE construction standards. Key Responsibilities Drafting & Design - Prepare detailed technical drawings, layouts, and designs using AutoCAD or other drafting software. - Prepare 2D and 3D drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP works. - Prepare and revise shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings . - Update drawings based on comments and requirements from engineers, architects, and project managers. - Ensure drawings are accurate, properly detailed, and aligned with project specifications. - Incorporate site changes and actual site conditions into drawings. Coordination & Collaboration - Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams. - Review drawings and coordinate technical details with relevant project disciplines. - Support the project team in resolving drawing-related issues during project execution. - Assist with preparation of material submittals and other technical documentation when required. Documentation & Compliance - Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation. - Ensure proper drawing numbering, revision control, and document filing. - Ensure drawings meet applicable project, safety, quality, and UAE construction requirements. - Complete drawings and revisions within required project deadlines. Requirements - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field . - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction, contracting, or maintenance. - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is required. - Experience preparing architectural, structural, or MEP drawings. - Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction plans. - Knowledge of shop drawings and as-built drawings . - Knowledge of 3D drafting software such as Revit or SketchUp is an advantage. - Good attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and site teams. - UAE construction experience is preferred. - Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
