Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring jobs are scheduled and delivered efficiently
• Communicating effectively with engineers and clients to ensure smooth coordination
• Producing CCTV reports using WinCan and assisting with the preparation of quotes
• Using computer systems to manage schedules, reports, and general admin tasks
• Maintaining high levels of organisation and ensuring projects are delivered on time
• Supporting the team and management with operational planning and execution

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using computers and digital systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of plumbing and drainage (able to prepare accurate quotations)
• Experience using WinCan and producing CCTV reports (must have)
• Ability to manage scheduling and logistics for multiple jobs and engineers
• A proactive mindset and the drive to contribute to company growth
