# DRAFTSMAN MEP **DNB Construction LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 15 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Title: Draftsman – MEP (Building Construction) Location: Dubai, UAE Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (UAE experience ) Industry: Construction / Contracting Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman with experience in both MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil drafting for building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working on construction sites in Dubai and be proficient in preparing accurate technical drawings and layouts. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed MEP drawings , coordination drawings, and as-built drawings as per project requirements. Review and understand project specifications, architectural, structural, and MEP plans. Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure drawings are aligned with project needs. Revise and update drawings based on site conditions and project changes. Maintain organized documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals. Conduct site visits if necessary for accurate drafting and verification. Ensure all drawings comply with local regulations, codes, and standards. Provide timely support to the construction team by delivering drawings as per the construction schedule. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in both MEP and Civil drafting in Dubai . Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software; knowledge of Revit is a plus. Good understanding of building construction techniques and MEP systems. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred: Experience working with contracting companies in the UAE. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality standards and regulations.
