# Draftsman **Touq Property Services LLC** · Abu Dhabi · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Civil or MEP Draftsman Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Civil or MEP Draftsman to join our contracting and projects team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing accurate technical drawings for either civil or MEP works and coordinating with engineers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Prepare civil, architectural, MEP, shop and as-built drawings . Develop detailed drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems . Prepare civil and fit-out drawings including layouts, sections and construction details . Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site conditions. Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural and structural drawings to identify clashes. Prepare coordination drawings, reflected ceiling plans and builders' work drawings . Support engineers with technical submissions and drawing approvals. Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions. Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions and project documentation. Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers and site supervisors. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, MEP or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience , preferably in the UAE. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD . Experience preparing both Civil and MEP shop drawings is required. Good understanding of construction, fit-out and MEP systems. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings. Revit/BIM experience is an advantage. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi/UAE construction practices and authority requirements is preferred. Able to work independently and meet project deadlines. Preferred Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with main contractors, fit-out companies, MEP contractors or facilities/construction companies in Abu Dhabi and can handle multiple disciplines rather than being limited to one type of drafting.
