The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, submission requirements, and approval procedures , with the ability to prepare accurate technical drawings and documentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and/or MEP drawings as required. Prepare drawings in accordance with Abu Dhabi Municipality codes, regulations, and requirements . Ensure drawings comply with applicable local authority standards and submission requirements. Prepare drawings for municipality and other authority submissions and revisions. Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams. Revise drawings based on consultant and authority comments. Maintain accurate drawing records and ensure proper document control. Assist with preparing as-built drawings and other technical documentation. Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, specifications, and compliance before submission. Coordinate with the project team to meet submission and project deadlines. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Draftsman in the UAE. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations and submission procedures is required. Experience with UAE construction and authority approval processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD ; knowledge of Revit and/or other drafting software is an advantage. Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and engineering drawings. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. UAE/Abu Dhabi experience is preferred. Preferred Candidate Candidates who have previously worked on Abu Dhabi Municipality submissions and approvals and are familiar with authority comments, drawing requirements, and revision procedures will be given preference.
