Available positions: Architectural Draftsman Structural Draftsman MEP Draftsman Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D shop drawings using AutoCAD. Prepare accurate as-built drawings based on approved redlines, site information, and final installation records. Review IFC drawings, specifications, approved materials, and consultant comments. Coordinate drawings across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines. Revise drawings according to technical, site, and consultant comments. Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, annotations, dimensions, and title blocks. Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned drawings. Coordinate with Engineers, Coordinators, and the site team to obtain required information. Requirements Minimum five years of relevant 2D drafting experience. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong experience preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings. Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination. Ability to interpret IFC drawings, redlines, and technical instructions. Hospital or healthcare project experience is highly preferred. Qatar or GCC project experience will be an advantage. Diploma or relevant technical qualification in the applicable discipline. Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
