Flow Force Indonesia Industry : Bulk Material Handling Systems and Processing Equipment Manufacturers Type : Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Drafting Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and 3D models for industrial equipment (e.g., Ducting systems, Filters, or process skids), working closely with project engineers and production teams. Responsibilities Create 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software. Translate design concepts into detailed fabrication/shop drawings. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production departments to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility. Revise drawings based on feedback and site conditions. Maintain drawing records and ensure compliance with internal quality standards. Support product development and custom design work as needed. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 1–3 years of experience as a drafter or design engineer (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered). Proficiency in AutoCAD , and preferably SolidWorks or Inventor . Familiarity with fabrication standards, welding symbols, and bill of materials. Ability to interpret P&ID, GA, and technical datasheets. Attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills are essential. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the process, HVAC, filtration, or mechanical equipment industry. Understanding of sheet metal, piping layout, or structural design. Basic knowledge of pressure vessels or rotating equipment.
